Прошу прощения за вынужденное отсутствие. Сделал себе подарок на день рождения. Попытался уронить железный столбик автомобилем. В результате не равной борьбы столбик победил, а бамперу повезло меньше. Последние дни посветил оформления подарка в ГАИ и страховой.

По оплате лично для меня любой вариант годится.
А на деле, надо делить по месту проживания. Будет у всех меньше вопросов.

Разница будет, и колоссальная. Три экселевских таблицы вместо одной! К тому же, пока еще никто точно не знает, где он конкретно будет жить. Проще разделить на 16
